The Report-back Meeting of “Blue Army Plan” was Held Smoothly

The report-back meeting of “Blue Army Plan” was held on August 17th. Fomdas Holing Group’s Chairman Xu Xiaofang, Group President Liu Zhigang, and other Blue Army members, a total of 28 people participated in the meeting.
There are five projects involved in this meeting, with multiple themes. And after the discussion, the final resolution adopted four projects.
Xu Xiaofang pointed out that as a member of the “Blue Army” of the company, the first thing to have is a soldier’s character. At the same time, talk less empty talk, be open-minded and proactive in thinking and be pragmatic in behavior. Have a sharp business sense, and be able to put forward targeted solutions and measures.
Liu Zhigang commented on the projects of each group one by one. He affirmed the excellent and innovative parts but gave his views on the deficiencies and suggestions for improvement.
The selection process for the new “Blue Army” members will start soon. We hope that all employees will actively apply for and participate in building a dynamic Fomdas!
